Cancellation Policy

Lessons cannot be booked without advanced payment. Payments are non-refundable. Lessons may be rescheduled if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. True emergency (illness or crisis past the 48 hour window) cancellations will not be refunded but may be rescheduled based on Hannah's availability and discretion. Emergency rescheduling requests should be made via email to: hannah.jackson@theatricalendeavors.com Students can reschedule their own lessons via this website if done so at least 48 hours in advance.
